Since childhood, we were fortunate to wander through the vast citrus fields alongside our grandfather in Nules, Castellón. We remember those car rides, with Julio Iglesias’ voice playing in the background, while we enjoyed the scent of orange blossoms.

Our grandfather, Miguel, came from a humble family—six siblings and hardworking parents in a time of war. His greatest dream was to care for his family and leave hardship behind. He was always known for his vision, purity, discipline, optimism, and leadership. Together with our grandmother, Dolores, the very embodiment of love.

Our grandfather left us an invaluable legacy, built on strong values and a deep love for family. That’s how La Minuciosa was born.
